We are not a giant corporation churning through crews. You are a name here, not a number — on a team that has each other’s backs and has been doing this together since 1998.
Apply Today →Learn Refrigeration, Not Just AC
Most companies only do air conditioning. Here you can pick up commercial refrigeration too — walk-ins, ice machines, cases — a rarer, more valuable skill set that makes you harder to replace.
Apply Today →Work on Real Equipment
From high-efficiency home systems to commercial rooftop units and refrigeration racks, you get hands on genuine variety — the range that turns a technician into an expert.

Our work is right here in Broward and South Palm Beach. No long-haul travel, no living out of a truck — you serve your own community and sleep in your own bed.
Apply Today →Room to Grow
Good techs move up. Whether you are starting out or bringing years of experience, there is a path to sharpen your skills, take on more, and build a genuine career — not just a job.
Apply Today →New to the trade or a seasoned tech, tell the assistant a little about yourself and we’ll start the conversation.
Character first,
skills we can build.
If you already turn wrenches on AC or refrigeration and take pride in doing it right, we want to talk. You will find real variety, a team that respects the craft, and the room to keep growing.
New to the trade or coming out of an HVAC program? Attitude and reliability matter more to us than a long resume. We will teach the skills to someone who shows up and wants it.
The one thing we cannot train is character. We hire people who are straight with customers, show up when they say, and treat someone’s home with respect — because that is the whole business.
Hiring across Broward and South Palm Beach — Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding communities.

One message starts the conversation.
No stiff online form that vanishes into a void. Tell the assistant a bit about your experience and what you are looking for, and a real person from our team follows up to talk. That is how it should work.
- Tell us your experience — or that you’re just starting
- Share what kind of work interests you
- A real team member reaches back out to talk
- No resume-black-hole, no automated rejection
Currently studying HVAC or fresh out of a program? We especially want to hear from you — mention it and we’ll take it from there.

Every person United has sent to my home has been knowledgeable, polite, and clearly proud of their work. You can tell they like where they work — and it shows in the job.
It is often the same technicians visit after visit, which tells you people stick around. That continuity means whoever shows up already knows my system. Rare and reassuring.
They take real pride in doing it right, not just fast. That kind of workmanship comes from a company that treats its people well. It comes through on every job.
Professional, tidy, and genuinely good at the work. Whatever United is doing for its crew, keep it up — it produces technicians you actually want in your home.
Even the newer techs knew their stuff and were backed up by the veterans. It is obvious this is a place that teaches people properly instead of throwing them to the wolves.
From the tech at my door to the person who scheduled it, everyone acted like they cared about doing right by me. That culture starts with how a company treats its own.
Working here, your questions.
Tell the assistant about your experience — or that you’re just starting — and a real member of our team will follow up to talk.
What positions do you hire for?
Service technicians for AC and refrigeration, residential install crew, apprentices learning the trade, and support and dispatch roles. Specific openings come and go as we grow — ask the assistant what is available now.
Do I need experience to apply?
Not necessarily. We hire experienced technicians and eager beginners both. For someone new, attitude, reliability, and honesty matter more than a long resume — we can teach the skills to the right person.
I just finished an HVAC program. Should I apply?
Absolutely, we especially want to hear from you. Fresh training plus the right attitude is exactly what we like to build on, and you will learn a great deal working alongside our veteran techs.
Will I learn commercial refrigeration too?
You can — and it is a real advantage. Most companies only do air conditioning, so picking up walk-ins, ice machines, and cases here makes you a more skilled and valuable technician than an AC-only background allows.
What is the culture like?
Family-run and team-oriented. We have worked together for a long time, we back each other up, and we treat the crew the way we treat customers — honestly and for the long haul. You are a name here, not a number.
Do I have to travel far for work?
No. Our routes are local, across Broward and South Palm Beach. You serve your own community and go home at night — no long-haul travel or living out of a truck.
How do I apply?
Bring up the assistant on any button and tell it about your background and what you want in a role. A real member of the team reaches out to talk it through — not a form that vanishes into a void, and never an automated rejection.
What about pay and benefits?
We will go over compensation and benefits directly when we talk, based on the role and your experience — a real conversation beats a vague number on a page. Reach out through the assistant to get started.
Join a team that lasts.
Steady, skilled work; a family culture; and the chance to learn a trade that is not going anywhere — with people who treat the crew as well as the customers.
