South Florida AC Maintenance Plans, and what they actually get you.
Preferential service, no service-call charge during regular hours, and twenty per cent off repairs — for homes and businesses across Broward & South Palm Beach.
What being a Maintenance Customer gets you.
These benefits come with every plan. What changes from one customer to the next is how often we service the equipment and how long the agreement runs — your technician builds that part around what you actually want.
Preferential Service
Maintenance Customers come first. When the schedule fills on the hottest afternoon of the year and everyone in the county is calling at once, that position in the queue is the whole point of the plan.
Ask About the Plan →Free Service Calls
No charge for a service call during regular hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The visit that would normally start with a fee starts with a technician looking at your system instead.
Ask About the Plan →20% Off Repairs
Twenty per cent off every air conditioning repair, not a first-visit promotion or a limited list of parts. It applies to the work, every time, for as long as you are on the plan.
Ask About the Plan →10% Off a New System
Ten per cent off a new air conditioning purchase. Systems here rarely last as long as the brochure suggests, so the discount tends to matter more than people expect when the day comes.
Ask About the Plan →Transferable
The plan moves with the property. If you sell, the coverage transfers to the new owner rather than being written off — worth mentioning when a buyer asks how the system has been looked after.
Ask About the Plan →A Real Maintenance Visit
Full inspection, thermostat check, coil cleaning, electrical and amp readings, and filter replacement. Measurement rather than a walk-round, which is what makes the difference to a system that runs most of the year.
Ask About the Plan →The plan is non-refundable and transferable. It is priced on site — see below for why.
Your technician builds the proposal, not a web form.
There is no sign-up button on this page, and that is deliberate. The plan is not a fixed package with a fixed price — it is a proposal your technician builds around your equipment and what you actually want from it. That means seeing the system first: how many units, what condition they are in, where they sit, what access is like.
The other half is what you want. Some households want two services a year. Others need quarterly, usually because of the equipment, the location, or a business that cannot afford a failure. Some prefer a two-year agreement, some a five-year. Every one of those changes the proposal, which is why the technician writes it with you rather than handing you a menu.
So the sequence is simple: book a service visit, the technician looks at the system properly, and if a plan makes sense they build the proposal with you on the spot. If it does not make sense, they will say so — a one-off tune-up is a perfectly good answer and we book plenty of them.
The cheapest repair
is the one avoided.
Capacitors weaken, coils foul, drains narrow. Nearly everything that strands a household in August was visible months earlier to anyone who measured it.
A dirty system does not announce itself. It quietly draws more power every month, and that cost usually outruns what the maintenance would have been.
Everyone intends to book a tune-up. Almost nobody does it, year after year. Handing us that job is the actual product.
Maintenance Customers across Broward and southern Palm Beach — homes, condos and businesses alike.

Two ways to own an air conditioner.
Nothing about the plan is magic. It replaces reacting with scheduling, and it changes what you pay on the day something breaks. In a climate this hard on equipment, both add up.
- Preferential service when the schedule is full
- No service-call charge during regular hours
- Twenty per cent off repairs, ten off a new system
- Coverage that transfers if you sell the property
Prefer a one-off visit? That is genuinely fine — ask for a single tune-up and we will book it with no pressure to join anything.
- You call when something has already failed
- You wait in line with everyone else in August
- Full price on the repair, plus the service call
- Efficiency drifts down unnoticed
- Maintenance happens on a schedule
- Preferential service when it matters
- Discounted repairs, no call-out charge in hours
- Small faults caught while still small

I never once remembered to book a tune-up on my own. Now it happens without me thinking about it, and the system has been trouble-free since.
Our market lost cooling on a Saturday in August. Being on the plan meant we were seen while everyone else waited. Worth it for that alone.
Two repairs in three years, twenty per cent off both, and no charge for the visits themselves. It had paid for itself before I did the arithmetic.
The technicians know our system and its quirks by now. No re-explaining anything. That continuity is why we have stayed on the plan for years.
Our summer bills had climbed for years. After a couple of proper visits they settled back down. A clean system genuinely does run cheaper.
They booked me a one-off tune-up when I asked, explained the plan once, and left it there. I signed up the following year on my own terms.
Plan questions, in plain terms.
Book a visit and ask the technician while they are there. They will look at the system, talk through how often it genuinely needs servicing, and price it at your kitchen table.
What does the Maintenance Plan include?
Preferential service ahead of other customers, free service calls during regular hours — Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm — twenty per cent off all air conditioning repairs, and ten per cent off a new air conditioning purchase. The plan is transferable if you sell the property.
What happens on a maintenance visit?
A full inspection, a thermostat check, coil cleaning, electrical and amp readings, and filter installation or replacement. The work is measurement rather than a walk-round — readings are what reveal a system losing capacity before it fails outright.
Why is there no price, and no sign-up button?
Because the plan is priced against your actual equipment and against how much maintenance you want. A technician has to see the system first — how many units, their condition, where they sit — and then builds a proposal around what you want: two visits a year, quarterly, or something on a longer agreement. A web form cannot do that honestly, so we do not pretend otherwise.
How often will you service my system?
That is your call, and it is part of the proposal rather than something fixed in advance. Two visits a year suits many homes here, given that cooling runs most of the year. Some equipment, some locations, and most businesses do better on quarterly. The technician tells you what your system genuinely needs and builds the plan around what you want.
How long does an agreement run?
Whatever suits you. Some customers prefer a two-year agreement, others a five-year one, and the term forms part of the proposal your technician writes. It is settled in person along with everything else, because it is a real commitment and worth a proper conversation rather than a checkbox.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
The plan is non-refundable. It is, however, transferable — if you sell the property, the coverage goes to the new owner rather than being lost. That is worth raising with a buyer, since a documented maintenance history helps a sale.
Does the discount apply to every repair?
Twenty per cent applies to air conditioning repairs, and it is not a one-off introductory offer — it applies for as long as you are on the plan. The ten per cent applies to a new air conditioning purchase when the time comes.
What does preferential service actually mean?
That Maintenance Customers are scheduled ahead of everyone else. On a normal week the difference is small. On the first genuinely hot weekend of the season, when the schedule fills within hours, it is the difference between today and several days from now.
Do I have to join to get maintenance?
Not at all. Ask for a one-off tune-up any time and we will book it with no pressure to sign up. The plan exists because most people intend to schedule maintenance and never do, not because we will not do it otherwise.
Do you offer plans for businesses?
We do, and for commercial refrigeration they are arguably more valuable — scheduled checks on coils, gaskets and drains prevent the failures that cost a business inventory and trading hours.
Let us keep the schedule.
Preferential service, no call-out charge in hours, and a discount on the work itself. Book a visit and the technician will price a plan while they are with you.
