Answering questions for homeowners and businesses across Broward County and southern Palm Beach County, any hour.

The ones we hear most, answered.
Do you charge for an estimate?
Never for a homeowner in our area. You get a technician at your door, a straight assessment, and a written price — and there is no trip charge whether or not you decide to move forward. The visit costs you nothing.
Can you come out the same day?
A lot of the time we can, especially for a home with no cooling — those calls move to the front. Availability depends on the day’s route, so the quickest path is to tell the assistant your situation and get a real window back.
What areas do you serve?
Broward County and the southern end of Palm Beach County. If your city sits between Boca Raton to the north and the neighborhoods around our Deerfield Beach shop to the south, you are almost certainly covered — ask the assistant to confirm your exact address.
What brands do you work on?
If it cools a South Florida building, we have most likely serviced it — current lineups and long-discontinued models alike. Our own installs are Amana, but repairing your existing equipment always comes before any talk of replacing it.
Do you handle both homes and businesses?
Yes — residential HVAC and commercial HVAC and refrigeration. The commercial refrigeration side, from walk-in coolers to ice machines, is a genuine specialty of ours, not an afterthought.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully — Florida license CAC1817263, insured, and family-run since 1998. You are hiring an established local company, not an unlicensed handyman or a national call center.
How do your prices work?
The same way on every job: we assess it, give you the price before any work starts, and that is what you pay. No surprise line items, no pressure — whether it is a repair, an install, or a tune-up.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on qualifying jobs like a new system or heat pump. The assistant can walk you through the monthly-payment framing; we confirm the exact current terms rather than quote a number that might change.

I had a dozen questions before committing and they patiently answered every one, no rush and no jargon. That is rare, and it told me exactly who I was dealing with.
No runaround, no vague answers. They told me what to expect, what it would cost, and when they would be there. Everything happened just like they said.
They broke down what my system needed in plain English until I actually understood the choice. I never felt talked down to or rushed into anything.
I asked if they could come the same day and they did, right in the window they gave me. No excuses, no waiting around all afternoon. Just reliable.
I asked whether they really did refrigeration and they clearly did — fixed our walk-in like it was routine. The answers matched the actual expertise.
Even my basic questions got a real, respectful answer. For someone who does not know HVAC, that patience made choosing them easy.
Still curious? Here’s more.
The assistant knows the whole site and answers anything these lists miss — then gets your booking started in the same conversation, any hour.
How do I book a visit?
The assistant lives behind every button on the site. Tell it what you need and leave your contact information, and the crew reaches out to nail down a time. You will not fill in a form or trade voicemails to get there.
Is the assistant a real person?
The assistant handles questions and scheduling instantly, any hour; a real member of our team then confirms the details and does the actual work. Technology for the easy part, people for the part that matters.
What if I have an emergency and it is after hours?
Start with the assistant — describe the situation and it will flag urgency and get you into the queue. No-cooling and commercial cold-equipment emergencies are prioritized as soon as the team picks it up.
Do you install furnaces or heating systems?
We install straight-cool AC systems and package units, and heat pumps — which do provide efficient heating for the occasional cold snap. We do not install furnaces; in South Florida a heat pump is the smarter choice anyway.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Yes, for a residential estimate — we need to see the system, ductwork, and home to price the job honestly. It is quick, and you get the number in writing before you decide anything.
Can you service equipment you did not install?
Absolutely. We work on every major brand and plenty of discontinued units, regardless of who put them in. We are here to keep what you own running well.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes — Maintenance Plans that cover regular tune-ups, lower your bills, prevent breakdowns, and keep manufacturer warranties valid. The assistant can explain the current options and set one up.
Are you the same company as United Refrigeration Inc.?
No. United A/C & Refrigeration is an independent, family-owned South Florida contractor, not affiliated with United Refrigeration Inc., the national parts distributor. Similar name, entirely separate company.
Ask, and we’ll answer.
Whatever these lists did not cover, the assistant will — in plain language, any hour, and it can book your visit right then.
