South Florida AC Maintenance, done before it breaks.
Two visits a year keep your system efficient, catch small faults before they strand you, and protect the manufacturer warranty — from the family company your Broward & South Palm Beach neighbors have trusted since 1998.

A full tune-up, not a quick look.
A real maintenance visit is measured work, not a walk-around. Here is what a United technician does at your system twice a year — and leaves you a written record of every reading.
Coils cleaned
A Florida condenser breathes salt, dust, and lawn clippings all year. We wash the coil back to bare metal so it can shed heat — the single biggest lever on your power bill.
Start a Maintenance Plan →Refrigerant verified
We measure the charge against spec rather than guessing. A reading that’s drifting low means a leak forming — found now, it’s a small fix instead of a July no-cool call.
Start a Maintenance Plan →Electrical tested
Capacitors, contactors, and connections are checked and torqued before the season loads them. Weak capacitors are the number-one cause of a compressor quitting on the hottest day — we catch them early.
Start a Maintenance Plan →Drain line flushed
South Florida humidity grows algae in a condensate line fast, and a blocked one floods a ceiling. We clear it and treat it so it stays open through the wet season.
Start a Maintenance Plan →Airflow & filter
We check static pressure and the filter that starves so many systems. Good airflow is what keeps the coil from freezing and the run times short — comfort you feel in every room.
Start a Maintenance Plan →Thermostat & safety
We confirm the thermostat calls and reads correctly and test every safety control — float switches, limits, and cutoffs — so the system protects your home instead of surprising it.
Start a Maintenance Plan →Find something worn on a maintenance visit? You hear about it with a photo and an honest recommendation — never a scare tactic, and never a repair started without your say-so.
Twice a year, and
we handle the reminding.
Once ahead of the cooling months, once before the cooler ones — the two windows when a Florida system needs attention most. We call you; you never have to remember.
Every reading and photo, in plain language — what’s strong, what’s wearing, and what to watch. No pressure, just a clear picture of your equipment.
If something does go wrong between visits, Maintenance Customers are scheduled ahead of the line — a hot-day surprise never means the back of the queue.
Servicing systems weekly across Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale — and the rest of our Broward & South Palm Beach area.

One plan, every member equal.
There are no membership tiers here. Every Maintenance Customer gets the same priority and the same perks — what we tailor to you is how often we visit, how many systems we cover, and how long the plan runs.
Visit frequency
We set the visit schedule to what your system actually needs — more often for older or harder-run equipment, so nothing is left to drift.
Systems covered
One AC, several systems, or commercial and refrigeration equipment — every unit you run goes on the same plan, with the same care.
Contract length
Choose the term that suits you. The plan is non-refundable, but it transfers with the home if you ever sell.
One plan, priced to your equipment and your schedule — the assistant shares pricing, and the first visit can usually be booked the same week you join.

The spring tune-up flagged a weak capacitor and they swapped it on the spot. It would’ve left us sweating in August — instead we never noticed.
After they cleaned the coil the July electric bill came in noticeably lower than last summer. The plan paid for itself in one statement.
United calls me when it’s time and works around my schedule. Two visits a year, zero effort on my end — exactly what I wanted.
When the system did act up, being a Maintenance Customer meant I skipped the wait. Same-day, and they already knew our equipment’s history.
The written summary showed everything was in good shape and they told me the unit had years left. No upsell, no invented problems — just facts.
We didn’t realize the manufacturer wanted annual service on record. United documents every visit — the coverage on our newer system stayed intact.
Sample reviews for design review — the live site renders real verified Google reviews, with each reviewer’s real profile photo in the circle (initials when they don’t have one).
Plan questions, answered plainly.
It can walk you through what’s covered, match a tier to your equipment, and share plan pricing — no phone tag, no pressure.
How often should I service my AC in Florida?
Twice a year is the honest answer for our climate — once before the long cooling season and once before the cooler months. Florida systems run far more hours than systems up north, so the every-six-months rhythm matters more here than almost anywhere.
Does maintenance really lower my power bill?
Yes, measurably. A coil caked in dust and salt makes the system work harder for the same cooling, and a charge that has drifted off spec does the same. Restoring both is the cheapest efficiency gain available — members routinely see it on the next summer statement.
Do I need a plan if my system is only a few years old?
More than ever, actually. Most manufacturers require documented annual service to keep the warranty valid, so skipping it on newer equipment is the one time neglect can cost you a covered repair. A plan keeps that paperwork on file automatically.
What’s actually included in a tune-up visit?
Coils cleaned, refrigerant measured against spec, electrical components tested and tightened, the condensate drain cleared and treated, airflow and filter checked, and every safety control verified — finished with a written report of what we found. The full list is in the section above.
What happens if you find a problem during the visit?
You hear about it right away, with a photo and a plain recommendation — never a scare tactic. Nothing gets repaired without your approval, and as a member you get our reduced rate on the fix if you want it done.
Can’t I just change the filter myself?
Please do — a clean filter between visits genuinely helps. But a filter swap isn’t maintenance: it doesn’t wash the outdoor coil, measure the charge, test the capacitor, or clear the drain. Those are the readings that prevent the breakdowns, and they take gauges and training.
How does a maintenance plan actually work?
You enroll once, and we handle the rest — we call when each visit is due and schedule around you, on the frequency your system needs. Pricing is set to your equipment and shared up front by the assistant. The plan is non-refundable, but it transfers with the home if you sell.
My system is aging — is a plan still worth it?
Usually yes, because maintenance is what buys an older system its remaining years and keeps it from failing at the worst moment. And if a visit shows it’s genuinely near the end, we’ll tell you honestly and lay out the replacement options — without ever using the tune-up as a sales pitch.
Protect it before summer does.
The cheapest AC problem is the one a tune-up catches first — join now and your system is ready before the heat tests it.
