South Florida Ductless Mini-Splits, for the room that never cools.
The garage, the addition, the Florida room, the master suite the ducts never reached — ductless puts quiet, efficient comfort exactly where you need it, installed in a day by the family company your Broward & South Palm Beach neighbors have trusted since 1998.

Comfort where ducts can’t reach.
A mini-split is an outdoor compressor and one or more slim indoor heads, joined by a line the width of a garden hose — no ductwork, no gutting walls. That’s why it solves the rooms central air was never going to.
No ductwork required
Only a three-inch hole for the line set connects inside to out. No ripping open ceilings, no chasing ducts through walls — which is what makes it the answer for older homes and add-ons.
Get a Ductless Estimate →A thermostat per room
Each indoor head runs on its own setting, so nobody fights over one thermostat. Cool the bedroom cold at night and leave the empty rooms alone — you only pay to condition the space you’re in.
Get a Ductless Estimate →Built for add-on spaces
Garages, Florida rooms, converted attics, in-law suites, a new master addition — the spaces that overload a central system or never got tied into it. Ductless was designed for exactly these.
Get a Ductless Estimate →Whisper-quiet indoors
The noisy compressor lives outside; the indoor head is barely audible — a real difference in a bedroom, nursery, or office where a window unit’s rattle was never welcome.
Get a Ductless Estimate →Inverter efficiency
Instead of slamming on and off, an inverter compressor ramps up and down to hold the temperature — high SEER2 ratings and far less wasted energy than the window unit or space heater it replaces.
Get a Ductless Estimate →Installed in a day
Most single-zone installs are done in a day, with little mess and no re-drywalling. You go from a room you avoid to a room you enjoy, fast — and we clean up like we were never there.
Get a Ductless Estimate →Not sure a single head is enough? Multi-zone systems run several indoor heads off one outdoor unit — the free in-home visit is where we size it to your space and lay out the plan.
Sized, placed,
and cooling by evening.
A free in-home visit to measure the heat load, talk through where the head looks best, and decide honestly between a single zone and a multi-zone setup. You get the plan and the price before anything is ordered.
The indoor head goes high on the wall, the outdoor unit sits out of the way, and the line set runs through one small, sealed penetration — no torn-open drywall, no ducts to build.
We vacuum the lines, verify the charge, run it against spec, and clean up completely — most single-zone jobs finished the same day, with the warranty in writing.
Installing ductless weekly across Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Coral Springs, and Fort Lauderdale — and the rest of our Broward & South Palm Beach area.

One room, or a plan for several?
Most people start with the one room that never cools. But if two or three spaces need help, a single outdoor unit can run several indoor heads — one system, independent control in every room. We size it honestly to what you actually need, and never sell you more heads than the house calls for.
- One stubborn room — a single-zone head is usually all it takes
- Several rooms — one multi-zone system beats a pile of window units
- A fully ducted house — we’ll compare it against a central replacement, honestly
- Either way, the in-home visit and the estimate cost you nothing
Ductless shines room by room; for whole-home comfort on an already-ducted house, central is often the better value. We’ll point you to the one that fits — not the one that sells.
- One indoor head, one room
- Garage, office, one hot bedroom, a Florida room
- Usually installed in a single day
- Up to several heads on one outdoor unit
- Additions, condos, a few rooms at once
- Its own temperature in every space

Put a single head in the garage and it holds temperature through the worst July afternoon. I actually work out in there instead of the spare bedroom.
I thought I needed three heads; they measured and said one multi-zone with two would do it. Cost me less and cools better. Honest people.
Our new back room never tied into the central air and baked all summer. One mini-split later it’s the coolest room in the house.
Put one in the nursery expecting a window-unit rattle. It’s silent. The baby sleeps and so do we.
Crew showed up in the morning, one small hole in the wall, cleaned up after themselves, and the room was cold by noon. Zero mess.
No ducts and no space for them. They ran a multi-zone system cleanly along the wall and now every room has its own setting.

Ductless questions, answered plainly.
Tell it which room you’re fighting to cool and it’ll talk through single vs multi-zone, then set up your free in-home visit.
What is a ductless mini-split, exactly?
An outdoor compressor connected to one or more slim indoor heads by a line the width of a garden hose. The head cools the room directly — no ducts, no air handler in the attic. It’s the standard way to cool a space that central air can’t reach.
Will one mini-split cool my whole house?
A single head cools one room or an open area, not a whole house. A multi-zone system — several heads on one outdoor unit — can cover a whole home, but if your house is already ducted, a central replacement is usually the better value. We’ll tell you honestly which way to go.
Can ductless really cool a Florida garage?
Yes — a properly sized head handles a garage or workshop through the worst of summer, which a portable or window unit simply can’t. Sizing matters with all that heat and door-opening, so we measure it rather than guess.
How long does an install take?
Most single-zone installs are a one-day job. We mount the indoor head, set the outdoor unit, run the line set through one small sealed hole, vacuum and charge the lines, and clean up — often cooling by that evening. Multi-zone systems can take a bit longer.
How much does a ductless system cost?
It depends on the size of the space and whether it’s single- or multi-zone, so we quote after seeing the room rather than from a script. The in-home estimate is free, financing is available, and the number you approve is the number you pay.
Are mini-splits energy efficient?
Very. An inverter compressor ramps up and down to hold temperature instead of cycling full-on and off, so it earns high SEER2 ratings and wastes far less energy than the window unit or space heater it replaces — and you’re only conditioning the room you’re in.
Is the indoor unit noisy?
No — the loud part, the compressor, sits outside. The indoor head is barely audible, which is the whole point in a bedroom, nursery, or office where a rattling window unit was never welcome.
Do the heads need much maintenance?
Just a little care goes a long way: rinse the washable filters regularly and keep the outdoor unit clear. A yearly professional check keeps efficiency up and the warranty valid — our maintenance plan covers ductless equipment too.
