Is the problem at one vent or every vent?

The air at the vent may be perfectly cool, but there is not enough of it moving to actually cool the room, which can feel like the system is not working even when the equipment itself is fine. The cause is almost always something restricting the path air takes on its way from the air handler to the room — the filter, the ductwork, or the blower moving the air — rather than anything to do with the outdoor unit or the refrigerant.
